How about creating one of these within these newsgroups? A UK specific one would be even better from my personal point of view but a global one would be better than nothing. Music_pictures_video and hardware_devices seem to have attracted little discussion on this relatively hot topic.

It would be a good idea. I'll submit this as a suggestion, and ping a friend on Messenger who may be able to help with this :o)
